MINIMAL Names Eliot Schreiber President

Now entering its 8th year, leading product design and brand innovation firm, MINIMAL, has brought on Eliot Schreiber as president, partnering with company founder and chief creative officer, Scott Wilson, to drive MINIMAL’s future growth.

A newly created position, Schreiber’s role reflects the evolving needs of the company as it’s grown from a small startup to an award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy with studios in both Chicago and San Francisco.

Schreiber will be responsible for leading MINIMAL’s financial performance, risk management, business development, key client accounts and overall office operations as well as working closely with Wilson on the firm's strategic vision and roadmap. He brings fresh perspectives grounded in deep industry expertise gained on the client side as well as with global consulting firms where he held senior leadership positions.  A 25-year veteran and industry-recognized leader in the world of brands, strategy, design and innovation, his award-winning work for Fortune 500 clients such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, Campbell Soup, Perrier and Kimberly-Clark has contributed to their achieving game-changing market performance, while his senior leadership of firms has helped propel them to global prominence.

Passionate about challenging conventions and inspiring new methods to achieving business success, his approach is centered on delivering results that contribute to client success while enriching the firm culture and individual professional growth that makes this possible.

As noted by Scott Wilson, "Adding Eliot's complementary business strategy and operations experience to MINIMAL will free me up to focus on what I love, working more closely with my exceptionally talented team to create meaningful change and increased value for our clients and partners. Eliot has experience in strategically guiding the growth of firms like MINIMAL and will be a valuable partner in helping us reach the next level."
