    Minimum qualifications:

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Pursuing Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Industrial Design, Motion Design, Visual Effects, or a related field.

    • A compelling portfolio demonstrating excellent 3D motion design and traditional product visualization skills.

    • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.

    • Relevant software experience - Cinema 4D, Redshift/Octane, Blender, Zbrush, KeyShot, After Effects, etc.

    Core Skills:

    • Skilled in creating captivating motion around physical products with a keen sense of timing, visual composition, and transition.

    • Strong ability and knowledge of material development, texturing, animation, simulation, polygon modeling, UV mapping, and basic rigging.

    • Expertise in lighting techniques for product visualization and realistic lighting for interior scenes. Skilled in manipulating lighting tools to emphasize the product as the central focus, while avoiding dependence on basic prefab methods.

    • Management of 3D workflows, models, CAD prep, file sharing, and file conversion.

    • Bonus - experience and specialty in video editing, sound design, Houdini, DaVinci Resolve, X Particles, and 2D to 3D workflows in After Effects.

  • Financial Management Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Target setting (financial planning) and forecasting (providing timely financial updates to targets) for MINIMAL.

    • Set up financial, operational infrastructure and PNLs for new MINIMAL joint ventures/companies, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, providing short and long term oversight on analyzing investments, taxation, and treasury relationships.

    • Audit each studio project utilization, providing summary reports, to determine profitability.

    • Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, and development of current and future BD initiatives including developing business case analyses to support all major business, financial and investment decisions.

    • Manage the monthly financial close process with accounting firm, along with proper accounting for all expense accruals and ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and control procedures.

    • Evaluate and suggest process improvements to streamline all financial-related activities including presentation enhancements to various financial reports to different external clients and internal members as needed.

    • Provide ad hoc reporting requests and information as needed.

    • Provide technical and compliance guidance on business issues, such as royalty recognition, hybrid cash/equity revenue scenarios, investments, accruals, etc.

    • Perform Accounting and Financial Controls, review and document key dependencies (i.e., reports, systems, processes, etc.). Using this documentation, test consultancy billable models, assess the adequacy of current controls and recommend improvements.

    • Analyze strategic options for various business opportunities and investments, as well as make recommendations for performance optimization based on analysis of operational and financial implications.

    Operations – Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Provide ongoing strategic evaluation and recommendations to the CEO for improving organizational effectiveness

    • Direct Studio Manager and other administrative roles.

    • Manage IT including relationships with outsourced IT services provider and purchase of new equipment.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Disciplined self-starter, willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.

    • Ability to thrive in small, entrepreneurial, project-focused teams. Must be comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment, ready to bring energy and passion to everything you do, and will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves to tackle challenging analytical assignments.

    • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines.

    • A master's degree in accounting or business administration preferred but not required,

    • 5 years of work experience working at Big 4 accounting firm, investment banking or in a corporation’s finance department (design/media/tech preference).

    • CPA qualification considered a plus.

    • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with proven strong financial modeling skills.

    • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software.

    • Previous experience or understanding in integration and consolidation of subsidiary financials and investment accounting.
